North Wales Watersports Ltd requires Project Administration assistance with a range of programmes and activities to promote, support and develop the marine leisure industry in North Wales.Key responsibilities will include: Co-ordinating and presenting interim grant claimsBudgeting and re-forecastingPayment of supplier invoicesInputting purchase invoices onto SageCompany payroll - Calculating PAYE / NI Liasing with auditors and various funding bodies Managing purchase order systemIdeally you will have at least two years direct experience of working in the marine leisure industry with a good understanding of the challenges which face the industry in North Wales. You will thrive on a wide ranging programme of work and have excellent written, face-to-face and telephone communication skills. The role requires a good level of organisation, enthusiasm and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative.Must be adept in use of Sage, MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and email, and confident using website content management systems.
