The Wiltshire Dementia Strategy 2023 – 2028 has been developed by WiltshireCouncil and the ICB in conjunction with various local partners from the statutoryand voluntary sector, as well as through talking to people with dementia andheir carers and families about their experiences in Wiltshire.Dementia Services is split in to two lots, Dementia Advisors and DementiaCommunity Services. Both contracts are jointly and equally funded by WiltshireCouncil and the ICB.Dementia Advisors provide support and advice for people with dementia andheir carers across the whole county (excl. Swindon)Dementia Community Services provide groups and sessions to support peoplewith dementia across the whole county (excl. Swindon)
