London and Quadrant (L&Q) Housing Trust are seeking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work - - Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio.-Fire Risk Assessment (FRAs) works-Active and remediation works via servicing inspections.The contract is split into 5 lots noted below.Lot 1 - Fire AlarmsLot 2 - AOV (Smoke Control)Lot 3 - Curtains, extinguishers and blankets (Fire fighting equipment)Lot 4 - Risers and HydrantsLot 5 - Sprinkler SystemsL&Q will be using a JCT MTC 2016 with amendments. The Contract will be for seven years.
