The purpose of this service is to provide active play sessions for children and young people aged 5 – 13 years and their parents/carers in Tower Hamlets, targeting those children and families at greater risk of exclusion and poor outcomes, building sustainability into the work by working with RSLs and other relevant organisations to identify and support the development of existing and potential new play areas across the borough.
