ADDITIONAL FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SPECIALISED TRAINING SERVICES TO COASTAL IN PEMB

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for inclusion on an additional framework for the delivery of specialised training services to participants with a disability, serious and enduring mental ill-health, barriers to work as a result of substance misuse or the social disadvantage of leaving care. Participants accessing training under this additional framework will be the furthest from employment and will require significant additional support both to engage in training and to achieve training outcomes. Training under this additional framework will support a wide range of further vocational and employment opportunities to be delivered as part of the COASTAL project in Pembrokeshire.This Additional Framework Agreement is for a period of 2 years with a possible extension dependent on funding approval. Contract start date is 1st November 2011.
