This tender is being undertaken as an open procedure, as detailed in Regulation 15 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2006/5.This ITT has been issued by Wulvern Housing and sets out the information which is required by Wulvern Housing in order to assess the suitability of contractors and their ability to deliver the requirements of the proposed framework.Wulvern Housing is seeking bids from contractors to participate in an ad-hoc trades framework providing Wulvern Housing with additional resource in key trades to be used on an ad-hoc basis. The framework will consist of 4 lots based on the ad-hoc trades required:1. Plastering GBP 25 000 per annum estimated2. Plumbing GBP 16 500 per annum estimated3. Electrical GBP 21 600 per annum estimated4. Joinery GBP 21 600 per annum estimatedIt is estimated that the approximate value of work over the framework period (4 years) will be in the region of GBP 330 000 - GBP 340 000, however, no guarantee can be given as to the actual amount of work that will be ordered and no variation to the tendered rates will be made should the value be greater or lesser than the estimated value.For further information relating to this tender, including the preliminaries and contract conditions covering call-offs please refer to the Employer's Requirements document provided in the supporting information pack.
