The purpose of this speculative notice is to enquire whether there are companies that are interested in offering their services as a managing agent to arrange for the supply and distribution of fresh milk for all children aged five and under attending a Bridgend CBC school. The scheme will be designed to place the lowest or minimal amount of administrative burdens on the council.
