Computeraid Ltd has been awarded ESF funds to run a programme of IT training courses for SMEs in Cardiff, Newport, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan. The project will run for four years from February 2011 to December 2014. We are looking for a person to provide administrative support for the project.The main duties include but are not limited to:Answering enquiries and dealing with course participantsEntering data on bespoke databaseLiaise with ESF Project ManagerPrepare and proof draft lettersKeep a database of correspondenceTo maintain an accurate filing system for retrieval of documents for reference and audit trail.To maintain accurate records of European Social Fund correspondence and applications for review, audit trail and to meet legal obligations under funding regulations.Clerical dutiesExperience of working on an ESF-funded project essentialGood IT skills including use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelShorthand, speed typing and audio typing skills preferable. The person would be expected to work approx 450 hours over one year.
