This notice is intended to provide confirmation of an awarded contract for Adult Community Services to its incumbent provider to continue to provide services within the West Essex 'place' area. This contract award notice follows the publication of a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) (reference 2023/S 000-005751).The contract is for 1-year with the option to extend for a further year (1st April 2023 - 31st March 2024 with the option to extend to 31st March 2025).The value of this contract is £41,924,487. This will increase to £83,848,974 if the option to extend is utilised. Both values are exclusive of VAT. The value identified in this notice is the upper value inclusive of the option.
