Wrexham County Borough Council is looking for Providers to support people with Learning Disabilities across 13 Supported Living Schemes in the Wrexham Area.The properties will be grouped in lots which will be determined based on level of needs, staff skill requirements, resource-sharing and location where possible.The services will be both 24-hour and non 24-hour support.The tenants have a range of disabilities and diverse needs.The contracts will be for 7 years with an option to extend up to 3 years.We are proposing to put the tenders out at the beginning of August 2016.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=48908.
