Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is reviewing its current Home Care (Domiciliary Care) model to ensure it aligns with the Adult Social Care Prevention Strategy. Building on the success of hyper-local, neighbourhood-based home care, we plan to introduce a new rapid-response service designed to provide same-day support and we are also seeking support from Home Care providers to deliver the care and support for the Gloucestershire’s Community Reablement Service.

This is a market research exercise, GCC may or may not offer a tender opportunity in the future.
