Framework for servicing, repair, replacement and upgrade of heating systems. Members retain the right to utilise all/part of these when mini-tendering. Direct award to 1st placed company for Lots 1 and 2; mini-competition award during the framework duration for Lot 3.Main elements of the scope of service include:Annual inspection, servicing and certification of landlord owned gas, LPG and oil heating equipment and appliances;Repair to landlord owned gas, LPG and oil heating equipment and appliances;Annual inspection, service and certification of landlord owned solid fuel heating equipment including chimneys;Repair to landlord owned solid fuel heating equipment;Test of carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in properties visited for the above;Administer appointments;Attend out-of-hours to repair when required;Provision of statutory certification;Supply of parts and consumables;Other activities necessary for the delivery of the service;Additional information as included in PQQ.
