The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission a site maintenance and development service(s) for five of its adventure playgrounds (The Dumps; Home Park; Honour Oak, Ladywell Fields and Richard McVicar). Full details on what will be required from the tenderer is set in the service specification. r r It is expected that the successful tenderer will be awarded the contract in May - June 2024, with the service going live on 1st September 2024. This agreement is for an initial period of 5 years, with the possibility of a further 2 years extensions, at the Council's discretion.r r This contract will be procured through a below threshold. Open Procedure under the light touch regime in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
