Haven Gateway Partnership would like to appoint an advertising and media engagement agency: -to design and implement advertising and media engagement strategies, raising awareness of the project, and generating member sign-ups over the next four months (until 30th June 2022) -to work with the Harlow Procurement Portal team and any appointed design and branding agencies to produce ad creatives and messaging -to advise the Harlow Procurement Portal team on the optimum advertising methods, additional to the existing communications plans (outside of this appointment) -to leverage new and existing media relationships and knowledge to raise awareness of the project among local businesses.
