Achieving for Children (AFC) is looking to appoint a supplier of temporary staff to support vacancies in delivery of Council's functions through a Direct Award call off from the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource 3 (MSTAR3) Framework Agreement launched in December 2019.r r The AFC aims to bring greater flexibility through emerging technology within the temporary resourcing market such as talent pools and is expected to deliver considerable cost savings and efficiencies.r r The AFC requires great focus on the social value offer from this contract focusing on increased employability and connecting with local charities and social enterprises.
