Establishment of NCS’s preferred supplier list (PSL) for the provision of permanent, temporary, contractors and fixed term roles. It is planned that the PSL will cover the full range of job roles. The objective is to achieve better value for money and quality of service.NCS’s Trust will evaluate the responses received in the line with evaluation criteria provided with the ITT and will select the highest ranking agencies who will be included on the PSL for the supply of recruitment services for one year with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
