Rose Bruford College ("RBC") was approached by Purelake New Homes Limited ("the Developer") who owns the freehold of the property at Christopher House. Under the Developer's proposal, RBC has agreed to take a 35 year lease of the property following the development of student accommodation on the site. The Developer is applying for planning permission and will construct the property in line with RBC's specifications prior to granting the lease.
