Chaplaincy Service - To offer pastoral & spiritual support to staff and patients on Trafford Ward Consultant Geriatrician Support for Care of the Elderly - To provide inpatient rehabilitation or End of Life continuing care including Complex wounds, non-weight bearing and bridging patients.
