Following an Independent Culture Review, The NMC have appointed an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) specialist to support the Executive Board and Council. The Supplier will undertake bi-lateral and multilateral work with the Executive Board in the streamlining of the cultural competence work to ensure the main points and recommendations outlined from the Independent Culture Review are prioritised and scheduled strategically.
