AHDB tried using framework RM6126 for this requirement, but received no submissions from the shortlisted supplier. Shortlisted suppliers against RM6126 were invited for this mini competition. We were seeking a supplier to carry out an impact evaluation of the AHDB Exports 2019 to 2024 programme. This should include process evaluation but also, crucially, quantify the levy payer benefits (outcomes and impacts) that can be directly attributed to AHDB, including any economic benefits (Return on Investment).
