We are looking to commission support to help deliver the AI Adoption Pilots proposal. In particular, understanding what works in increasing business adoption, developing the business cases for each pilot, and ensuring there is a robust monitoring and evaluation plan to demonstrate impact and scalability of the pilots. The support we are looking for is in the form of 2-3 consultants (likely 1 senior and 1-2 junior) with economic appraisal and evaluation experience.
