Descriptions
The Authority wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of air filters. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Publiccontracts Regulations 2006 (the Regulations).The framework agreement will include, as a minimum, the provision of air filters.The Authority is procuring the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and OtherContracting Bodies (OCB). This means that OCBs referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement.The Framework Agreement is being procurred on behalf of all current members, and any future members, of NWUPC, NEUPC, SUPC, LUPC, CPC and HEPCW and will commence on 1.7.2013 for an initial period of 3 years until 30.6.2016. Consideration will be given to extending the Agreement for a further 12 months until 30.6.2017, subject to market conditions and/or satisfactory supplier performance.Details of current membership for the above organisations can be found in the ITT documentation.
