PoJ wish to procure a Message Handling System to replace end of life system and futureproof operations. r r PoJ would seek to install a Message Handling System as soon as possible. r r The solution must be able to handle Air Traffic Services Message Handling Services (ATSMHS) traffic from two Message Transfer Agents and act as the Message Transfer Agent for Guernsey Airport.
