This procurement process is for the tender and award of a new Framework Agreement for the supply of IT Equipment and Associated Services to the public sector in Wales.This procurement exercise is being conducted by Value Wales, which is a division of the Welsh Assembly Government. As a consequence of the Government of Wales Act 2006, the contracting party will be the Welsh Ministers. The duration of the framework agreement is 2+1+1 (2 years with an option for the Welsh Ministers at the end of 2 years to extend the Framework for a further year. If this option is exercised, there will be a further option to extend the Framework for a further year - so the total possible lifetime of the Framework will be 4 years).This procurement exercise will be conducted through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.
