Descriptions
The contract will be the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 with Contractors Design Portion for M&E works. The Contract duration will be 3 months (12 weeks). A detailed Schedule of Works, Preliminaries and various associated Schedules will need to be priced and a NBS Specification and Pre-Construction Health & Safety Information must to be adhered to. Structural information is also be provided along with an Asbestos Survey Report, which contains recommendation on removal of small amounts of asbestos materials. Copy of the Planning Conditions are also provided, which must be followed. Additionally, a copy of the Drawings and Document Issue sheet is provided listing all the tender drawings and documentation and also a Invitation To Tender letter is provided which outlines the conditions of the tender process.
