Highland Council is the lead partner in a collaboration with Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils who together wish to procure a solution to deliver a fair, regionally focused, and accessible Electric Vehicle (EV) charging network that meets the needs of all users.This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is inviting expressions of interest to explore potential delivery options to achieve the Council’s ambitions to deliver EV Charging Infrastructure across Highland, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Council areas.
