Provision of alternative provider of medical services (APMS) at 2 GP surgeries:(a) Randolph GP Surgery;(b) Soho Square General Practice.Procurement will be divided into 2 lots and bidders may bid for either one or both of the 2 lots. Initial contract term of five (5) years from 1.4.2020, with options to extend for 2 further periods of up to 5 years, up to a maximum term of fifteen (15 years). Extension options at Soho Square will be subject to approval. Estimated total value shown below is the maximum potential value for both lots over the maximum potential contract term of 15 years.
