Altwood Church of England School School Building Cleaning Contract.

The school are looking to appoint an experienced school building cleaning services contractor to manage the day to day cleaning of the whole school as well as a deep cleaning programme during holidays.The contract will initially be for a 3 year period commencing the 1.9.2014. The School will retain the right to award extensions to this contact which will consist of 2, 12 month periods thus resulting in a maximum contract term of 5 years. Extensions will be awarded at the School discretion.Services shall include but shall not be limited to daily cleaning requirements together with a programme of periodic cleaning. In addition, it is anticipated that the successful supplier will be required to supply janitorial supplies and consumables.The service is currently provided by a contractor and if there is a change of supplier, TUPE regulations will apply to this contract.
