The University are looking to engage with the market to gain a further understanding of potentially procuring an Alumni Engagement System. The University have identified the key requirements below: Utilise Microsoft Dynamics Integration to Banner Alumni able to log in and update records and pick preferences i.e. a portal UCLan able update alumni records Search functionality based on all criteria Must be a reporting function Must be an events booking function Allow users to be assigned certain 'roles' within the system Produce and issue customised target campaigns Record all interactions with Alumni Customised platforms for certain users Creation of workflows Suppliers who can meet the above requirements should send further details of their solution to etenders@uclan.ac.uk. These will then be reviewed and providers will be invited to demonstrate their system to a panel of key University stakeholders to assist and develop our overall requirements. We would also ask that suppliers include details of similar projects that have been implemented in the last 2 years.
