The forthcoming contract is to provide NHS Wales with a range of ambient groceries, including the following:— Milk Powder,— Baking/Dessert mixes,— Biscuits,— Cereals,— Oils,— Flours,— Fruit Pots,— Herbs/Spices,— Dried Fruit and Nuts,— Salt/Sugar,— Hot Beverages,— Pastas and Pulses,— Preserves and Spreads,— Stock and Bouillon,— Canned food products (including fish, tomatoes, fruit and vegetables and beans),— Sauces and pastes,— Patient snacks,Delivery will be required to NHS premises in Wales, including NWSSP distribution stores (Bridgend, Denbigh, Cwmbran) as appropriate.
