“ The Defence Organisation wants to move its Fisheries Monitoring Centre VMS system to a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution that is fully and entirely hosted, managed and supported by the provider with user access via an online Internet web portal. The intention is to have a contract in place by the end of 2024.The Defence organisation requests information from interested parties. The Defence Organisation intends to run a restricted process, with the first round being a PQQ and round two being an information workshop for successful potential vendors to understand the Defence Organisation’s current requirements. The final round will be a request for proposals (RFT) to meet the Defence Organisation’s needs.Your interest will be registered with us by reading this PIN and any information and briefings on the nature of the ICT requirements for the FMC can be conveyed to interested parties after the PQQ round and during the Information Workshop.”
