We require an organisation carry out an audit of train company websites against the retail information code of practice to assess the extent to which these websites provide the information need to choose, buy, and use rail tickets: 1) in the context of passengers visiting the website to find information about products and services in contemplation of making a train journey or having already bought a ticket(s), and 2) using the website to search for and buy a ticket(s) for a journey - in particular to help them identify the cheapest, most appropriate ticket(s) for their journey
