Descriptions

DAFM HR Learning and Development requires a range of eLearning modules. The selected provider will be required to liaise with DAFM HR Learning and Development and other DAFM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the above areas in order to develop eLearning content for the Induction programme. The content should be interactive and engaging and should be based directly on the subject areas required by DAFM. Content for each topic should have, on average, a duration of between 20 minutes and 40 minutes, depending on programme requirements, learning objectives and outcomes The modules should be self-paced (initiated and directed by the learner) and should allow users to stop and recommence the learning at a later juncture. The content should be chunked into manageable pieces in a logical and progressive way. The selected provider will develop various types of tools and digital content to engage the learner, as appropriate, in the delivery of these supports in an online environment.
