The purpose of the contract will be to appoint a suitable consultant to work with the Welsh Ministers (Herein after the client) on an evaluation of both the Business.Wales (business.wales.gov.uk) and Sell2Wales (sell2wales.gov.uk) websites, including the social media presence as well as the main websites. The main outcomes expected of the successful tenderer will be:•Design an evaluation framework for Business.Wales and Sell2Wales;•Implement the baseline evaluation;•Benchmark Business.Wales and Sell2Wales against comparable sites in other parts of the UK; and•Produce a set of evidence based recommendations which focus on improving the take up of, Business.Wales and Sell2Wales, information and services including the Welsh content.This is a one off contract with an anticipated duration of 4 months from start of the evaluation to completion.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
