Descriptions
The Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers wish to commission an evaluation of the Welsh Assembly Government''s Access to Financial Services through Credit Unions project. The aim of the evaluation is to assess the impact and effectiveness of the access to financial services through credit unions project and the extent to which its aims and objectives have been met.This contract will be awarded via a tender process. Those wishing to express an interest in bidding for the work should submit a PQQ via the e-tender portal by the specified date. Those scoring above 60% at PQQ stage will be invited to submit a tender for the contract. The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liabilityPayment terms will be indicated in the contract documents. Tenders to be priced in Sterling.
