The aim of this project is to collate the evidence required to inform the business growth objectives of the Cell and Gene Special Interest Group.Requirements1.To provide an overview of all the key organisations based in Wales which operate in the Cell and Gene Therapy sector. This will include and not be limited to: industry, academic departments, charities, and key clinical departments.2.To review the existing Cell and Gene Therapy offer in Wales and recommend the most appropriate strategy to market internationally (i.e. which trade shows are most relevant etc.).3.To provide an overview of the top 5 global hotspots for Cell and Gene Therapy activities.4.To determine the future business requirements of the Cell and Gene Sector and identify areas in the short, medium and long term where interventions might be targeted to increase Wales’ profile / standing as a credible FDI destination.5.To identify a ranked list of at least 20 organisations that may be interested in relocating to Wales classified by: Company Name; Business description, HQ location; Contact; Comments; Drivers (business opportunities / specialist skills / academic strengths).
