New Professional Standards for Teachers and strengthened Initial Teacher Education (ITE) provision, National Approach to Professional Learning and our emerging National Academy for Educational Leadership will provide the foundation for the workforce needed to deliver. It’s critical that we retain teachers and encourage those that have the potential to make a difference to our pupils to step forward into a teaching career. This contract will include both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide a detailed picture of what the drivers are for keeping and attracting a range of different individuals to the teaching profession (including how we can make teaching attractive for those with Welsh Language skills).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=71378.
