Anglesey Coastal Environment Project Minor Building worksAs part of the Anglesey Coastal Environment Programme, Isle of Anglesey County Council is proposing to carry out some minor building works at a number of sites. The refurbishment and improvements to four toilet blocks, located at Porth Dafarch, Traeth Bychan, Rhoscolyn and Llanddona is envisaged together with the possibility of further minor building works at other sites forming part of the programme later in the contract period.The toilet block refurbishment works would include various operations including roof repairs, provision of sky lights, replacement timber works, re-decoration (internal and external), carpentry and joinery, sanitary ware, ceramic tiling, plumbing, external works and provision of gravity fed external showers and means of disposal. The works at each site would include some but not necessarily all of the above items.The contract will include for an annual price adjustment for inflation.
