This is a Direct Award Contract to provide software assurance with maintenance and support for the existing Back Office system for 3 Years. Maintenance and support for the bespoke gateway environment including the Mobile Portal with the ability to develop and enhance modular plugins to the system as new analytical techniques are pioneered. Also included within this contract is the ability to comply with the Home office National ANPR Service for Policing (NASP) standards, as compliance is now mandatory with 100 % check on all capture devices annually
