NHSBT are looking to work with a supplier with equal expertise in both diversity and inclusion and in talent acquisition and recruitment, to undertake a diagnostic review of our end-to-end recruitment process which looks not only at policy, processes, and tools, but also the application of those and the importance of culture, attitudes and leadership in making change. We need to understand where improvements can be made with a balance of strategic and tactical recommendations. The winning bidder will provide us with a comprehensive report that outlines areas of good practice observed, identifies prioritised areas for improvement and provides a set of actionable recommendations. Additionally we are seeking external insight and best practice, including how the rapid development of AI in the recruitment space might impact on diversity for both employers and candidates, both now and in the future.
