Descriptions
This contract is for the provision of a specialist Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery Service within Primary Care for the combined population of the City of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire County on referral only. The service includes procedures such as on hard tissues the surgical removal of teeth, apicectomy and surgical exposure of teeth and soft tissue such as biopsies and removal of lesions. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification and Technical questionnaires which can be accessed through BravoSolution. If a provider has been Qualified under Window 1, run in February 2015, there is no need to reapply. Please note that under ‘AQP’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set. Providers will need to comply with NHS England policies. Information about NHS England may be found on the NHS England website: www.england.nhs.uk Providers should read the Qualification Information document and all other supporting documents, available for download on Bravo, prior to filling out the Bravo application form. An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement. Interested parties should access the portal: https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk/aqp/web/login.html Suppliers using the portal for the first time must register to receive a password for their initial login. To Access the ITT: a) Log into the portal and click the “View Current Opportunities and Notices” link; b) Click on the Project Title: AQP Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery (IMOS) – NHS England, North Midlands; c) Click the “Log in or Register to Participate” button on the left hand side. Once you register your “Expression of Interest” - this will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (a secure area reserved for your projects only); d) Click on the ITT code (itt_2942 – Window 2) and the “Attachments”, “Qualification Envelope - Questionnaire”, “Technical Envelope - Questionnaire” and the “Messaging Service” can be accessed. Please be aware that the Bravo website, including the application sections, has an automatic timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity. Therefore we advise that you save your application form promptly after each change and be aware that you will lose any new information you have input if the system times out and therefore logs you out. If support is required to access the system please call the Bravo Helpdesk on 0800 368 4850 between 8am-6pm Monday – Friday. For all other enquiries, interested parties must use the messaging service on the e-tendering Portal. Parties wishing to submit a bid for the Contract and to gain access to the Invitation to Tender documentation, are asked to do this in accordance with the instructions set out above (It is important to note that if you do not register on BRAVO, you will not be able to access the supporting documents/information). Interested parties should note that the deadline for submission of Tender submissions is 12 Noon, Wednesday 22 April 2015.
