The Works comprise the refurbishment and extension of the existing Apollo Cinema building, West Parade, Rhyl; including the digital cinema screen and projection upgrade installation and external improvement works.The new build elements include an extension to the Main Foyer / Concessions provision, a new Auditorium to the rear and a minor extension to an existing Auditorium. The refurbishment elements include some internal remodelling, renewal of finishes and redecoration. The Projection Suite will be refurbished to accommodate the new digital installation and the Auditoria will receive new digital screens.External works include the general upgrade to the external car-parking surface, external café/bar concessions and the construction of the Apollo ‘Bowl’ outdoor cinema facility.
