To understand the experiences of A2P SMS service users (i.e. businesses and public bodies, or "message senders") in the market To understand the potential of alternative messaging services as viable substitutes for A2P SMS More specifically, we would like to understand: Usage: what are message senders using A2P SMS for (e.g. reminders, notifications, advertising, etc), at what scale are they using it (e.g. volume, frequency, etc) and how important is it to their organisations Market landscape: what are their attitudes towards current issues within the A2P SMS market (e.g. pricing, range of choice, quality of service, etc) and what impact do these issues have on their organisations Substitution: what are their attitudes towards potential alternatives to A2P SMS (e.g. WhatsApp for Business, Google RCS, in-app notifications, etc) and are there any barriers to their use
