The Director of Finance and Corporate Services, on behalf of Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competent Contractor to carry out the Restoration and Refurbishment of the Russell Institute, Paisley.The successful Tenderer will be required to work with the Council's Design Team to advise on the buildability, constructability and any value engineering of the design and scope of the restoration and refurbishment works. The successful Tenderer will then undertake the restoration and refurbishment works at the Russell Institute in accordance with the design and always taking into account all the restrictions in place for working within a category A Listed Building.Note: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
