Housing & Care 21 undertake an annual survey to establish the thoughts and feelings of its residents in relation to their homes and the services that are available to them. The information obtained from the survey is then fed back to senior corporate and operations staff in order to shape strategies for asset management, customer engagement and service improvement plans. The objective of this tender exercise is to appoint a provider to run and manage the resident survey for Housing & Care 21. The successful bidder will collaborate with the Strategic Engagement team at Housing & Care 21 to develop a comprehensive questionnaire, which will be sent out to every resident. The supplier will then track and manage all responses received and collate the data into detailed Management Information reports.
