Newport City Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake a strategic review of the Council’s customer offer, experience and access points in accordance with the specification and the terms of contract. The scope is organisation wide and incorporates how the current customer facing functions works within the organisation.
