The Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol [the Coleg] wishes to appoint an external company to provide external auditing services from August 2014 to July 2017. The Coleg invites tenders from qualified accountancy companies to provide an External Auditing service.REQUIREMENTSExternal Auditors are required by the Coleg in order to:•audit the Coleg’s accounts,•prepare the Coleg’s annual accounts in charity account format,•attend Audit Committee meetings•provide appropriate reports for the Audit Committee, the Coleg’s Board of Directors and the statutory authorities regarding the accuracy and suitability of the Coleg’s accounts and the Coleg’s financial management systems.
