The Contracting Authority is inviting applications from Suppliers to deliver apprenticeship training for employers not using the digital account. This is a light touch procurement conducted in accordance with Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, through the use of a modified restricted procedure. Please see to the procurement document ITT (Attachment 1 sections 2 and 3). In order to be eligible to be invited to submit a tender, Suppliers must be registered as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers as set out in the procurement documents (Attachment 1 invitation to tender).
