Our vision is for every person who needs support to live the life that matters to themWe want to lead and support improvement in Wales by creating an environment of working together and developing new relationships across the Welsh public service.Our purpose is to build confidence in the workforce, and lead and support improvement in social care.As a relatively new organisation, we are seeking expertise and independent support to help us demonstrate the impact of our work.There are two specific elements of evaluation which require support from an external independent Supplier.
