Independence and Wellbeing Enfield Limited is seeking to appoint a Single Provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield Wheelchair Service. The Provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories. The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements: •Storage of Wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant Health and Safety and Infection Control Regulations •Repairs and Maintenance (PPM) •Safety Reports •Decontamination •Reconditioning •Collection •Delivery •Decommissioning/Scrapping •Accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process •Emergency Call Outs •Recycling of accessories and part where possible •User feedback survey •Service User complaints
